What this website does with your details

Who we are

HeroNorm is made by Radical FANATICS BV in Amsterdam (Chamber of Commerce 85087092). We are responsible for the details you leave on this website.

What we collect

Only what you type in the contact form: your name, email, company, phone number if you give it, and your message. To stop robots, we also keep a scrambled code of your internet address for one day; never the address itself.

Why

To answer your question and, if you want, to show you HeroNorm. Nothing else. We don't sell your details and we don't send newsletters you did not ask for.

How long

We delete your message automatically 24 months after it came in. Sooner if you ask.

No tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising pixels.

Who else sees it

Your message is stored on Cloudflare in the EU and emailed to our team through SMTP2GO.

Your rights

You can ask to see, change or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Send your request through the contact form. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This statement is about the website. For the HeroNorm app, your organization's agreement with us applies.
